Los Angeles · Regulatory Advisory

The gate to the American market did not close. It moved.

Gatewell Group takes allied-country manufacturers of FCC Covered-List equipment through Conditional Approval and onto American shelves: filing strategy, US manufacturing plans, and the entity infrastructure, all under one engagement.

The Situation

Two doors remain. Both are ours.

Since the Commission's July 28 order, foreign-produced power inverters and advanced robotic devices join drones and routers on the Covered List. New equipment authorizations are barred, and without authorization nothing ships.

What remains: Conditional Approval, a national-security review of ownership, supply chain, and a credible US manufacturing plan, or domestic manufacture above the Buy American content floor. Only grants are ever published. Denials follow you quietly. The first filing is the one that matters.

We act for manufacturers from Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Europe, for the US subsidiaries that carry their compliance file here, and for the American importers, distributors, integrators, and developers who buy from them.

Why Gatewell

We file the cases we would bet on.

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic and ends in a written risk-factor assessment against every grant pattern ever published. That is our read, on paper, of where your case stands. We decline structures we judge un-approvable before they become someone’s visible mistake.

Washington firms write excellent filings at $1,400 an hour and hand you a binder. Certification houses shepherd lab tests but have never built a factory plan. Gatewell carries the filing, the manufacturing plan, the US responsible party, and the annual attestation under one letter, because the agencies now expect all four from the same applicant.

Fixed fees, staged against milestones. A conventional deposit structure. Wire-ready terms with gross-up where treaties fall short. You will always know the number before we begin.

Begin with the diagnostic.

Two weeks. A fixed fee, half credited if we proceed together. Your covered status, your pathway, and our written judgment on whether we would file your case.
