The Commission publishes each Conditional Approval, device and applicant, at its Covered List page. We maintain this reading of the register as a service to clients and prospective applicants, updated with each grant notice. Current as of October 21, 2026.
Every router grant carries a termination date roughly eighteen months out, shown in the right-hand column. Each approval expires on that date, the first in October 2027. A model authorized during the approval’s window can still be sold after it. The router guidance provides for extending an existing approval, with an inventory of progress on the onshoring plans already submitted. It sets out no other procedure, so extension planning starts well before the date arrives.
Twenty-one grantees, the newest Voliro AG on October 30, 2026. Since the July 21 determination, UAS approvals run indefinitely, conditioned on compliance with the onshoring plan in the application. In the Commission's own words, the onshoring plan is the renewal mechanism.

Foreign-produced power inverters and advanced robotic devices joined the Covered List on July 28, 2026. The Commission published the first robotics Conditional Approval on September 9, 2026, to Husqvarna AB for four robotic platforms, the second on September 18, 2026, to ANSCER Robotics for three, the third on October 2, 2026, to Matic Robots, Inc. for a robotic floor cleaner and its charging dock, the fourth on October 16, 2026, to Volley Automation, Inc. for its automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots, the fifth on October 21, 2026, to Vulcan Robotics Inc. for its Sourccey mobile robotic platform, and the sixth and seventh on October 23, 2026, to Haystack Robotics, Inc. for its Violet AI robotic device and to T-Robotics Co., Ltd. for its entire product class of automated guided vehicles. Six more followed on October 30, 2026, to ARAPL RaaS Private Limited, ATI Motors, Inc., Lightberry Holdings, Inc., SunScout Holdings, Inc., Swap Robotics Canada Inc. and OMRON Holdings, Inc. The first power-inverter Conditional Approval followed on October 9, 2026, to GE Grid Solutions, LLC for four versions of its FLEXINVERTER. Two more came on October 16, 2026, to Dynapower Company, LLC and Power Electronics España, S.L.U., two on October 23, 2026, to Bloom Energy Corporation and Hitachi Energy Power Conversion Solutions S.L.U., and one on October 30, 2026, to Ingeteam Power Technology, S.A. Robotics and inverter grants have both begun. Both categories were listed July 28, 2026. The first advanced-robotics Conditional Approval went to Husqvarna AB, a Swedish company, six weeks after listing, against the twelve the drone precedent set. The first power-inverter grant, to GE Grid Solutions, LLC, came on October 9, 2026, ten weeks after listing. The manufacturers on a first notice spend every month afterward as the only approved names their buyers can see. There is no better marketing an applicant can buy.
Onshoring is the price of permanence. Drone approvals now run indefinitely, conditioned, in the Commission's own words, on the onshoring plan in the application. Router grants instead expire on eighteen-month terms beginning October 2027. Whether the post-expiry structure is renewal or re-application is one of the open questions the first expirations will answer. Which structure your category gets is set by its first grants. That is a reason to be early.
Family and class grants are escalating. Calix moved from one model to a model list to a whole class across three filings; Sagemcom converted five models into a class; Askey came back three weeks after its first grant to double its approved line-up. The agencies reward a record built to carry a whole product line.
Allied origin is winning. Taiwan alone accounts for ten of twenty-two router grantees, the newest of them ASUS Computer International and Comtrend Corporation, both granted September 9, 2026. Korea, Japan, France, Finland, Israel and half of Europe stand beside them. Not one PRC applicant is on the register. Many grantees filed through US entities with foreign production. That is precisely the structure we build.
