The Commission publishes each Conditional Approval, device and applicant, at its Covered List page. We maintain this reading of the register as a service to clients and prospective applicants, updated with each grant notice. Current as of August 21, 2026.
Every router grant carries a termination date roughly eighteen months out. Read the right-hand column closely. Every approval on it expires on that date, beginning October 2027, and no public document yet establishes a renewal process, which is exactly why re-application planning starts well before the date arrives.
Eighteen grantees, the newest Ascento, Inc. on August 21, 2026. Since the July 21 determination, UAS approvals run indefinitely, conditioned on compliance with the onshoring plan in the application. The onshoring plan is not decoration; it is the renewal mechanism, in the Commission's own words.

Foreign-produced power inverters and advanced robotic devices joined the Covered List on July 28, 2026. The Commission published the first robotics Conditional Approval on September 9, 2026, to Husqvarna AB for four robotic platforms, and the second on September 18, 2026, to ANSCER Robotics for three. No power-inverter Conditional Approval has been published. The robotics table below renders from the register itself; the inverter row stays at zero until a name appears.

An empty table is not an empty pipeline. Applications and denials are never published, so nothing here tells you who has already filed. It tells you only that no one has been granted yet.
The robotics queue has opened. The inverter queue has not. Both categories were listed July 28, 2026. The first advanced-robotics Conditional Approval published September 9, 2026 — Husqvarna AB, a Swedish company — six weeks after listing, against the twelve the drone precedent set. No power inverter has a grant yet. The manufacturers on a first notice spend every month afterward as the only approved names their buyers can see. There is no better marketing an applicant can buy.
Onshoring is the price of permanence. Drone approvals now run indefinitely, conditioned, in the Commission's own words, on the onshoring plan in the application. Router grants instead expire on eighteen-month terms beginning October 2027, and whether the post-expiry structure is renewal or re-application is one of the open questions the first expirations will answer. Which structure your category gets is set by its first grants, a reason to be early rather than a reason to wait.
Family and class grants are escalating. Calix moved from one model to a model list to a whole class across three filings; Sagemcom converted five models into a class; Askey came back three weeks after its first grant to double its approved line-up. The agencies reward a record built to carry a product line, not a SKU.
Allied origin is winning. Taiwan alone accounts for ten of twenty-one router grantees, the newest of them ASUS Computer International and Comtrend Corporation, both granted September 9, 2026. Korea, Japan, France, Finland, Israel and half of Europe stand beside them, and not one PRC applicant is on the register. Many grantees filed through US entities with foreign production, which is precisely the structure we build.
The question is only whether yours is among them, or your competitor's.
